Customer Service Professional

As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring service satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for client queries via phone or email, coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth operations, and provide end-to-end support to clients.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone or email, providing timely updates and resolutions to issues.
  • Maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely communication and resolution of concerns.
  • Coordinating with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns.
  • Providing support for account setup, documentation, and order processing.
  • Managing escalations and ensuring proactive communication with customers.
  • Assisting in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on our services.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Gathering feedback and sharing insights with management to enhance customer experience.

Requirements & Skills

Some of the requirements and skills necessary for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
