Lead Technical Innovator for Vacuum Furnace Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge vacuum furnace solutions and equipment.

This is a critical role that requires a technical expert with a strong background in design, engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic technical solutions to meet customer specifications and sales offers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop conceptual designs and solutions for implementing innovative/upgraded solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems related to equipment fabrication, assembly, quality tests, installation, and commissioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Design Engineering.
  • Advanced skills in 2D & 3D CAD software, preferably AutoCAD and Inventor or Solid Works.
  • Hands-on experience with standard design practices and manufacturing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A highly collaborative role requiring clarity in communications to execute cross-functional duties effectively.
