Lead Vacuum Furnace Design and Engineering Professional

A seasoned professional in vacuum furnace design and engineering is sought to lead our team in creating innovative solutions for the heat treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate technical solutions and execution methods in response to sales offers and customer specifications.
  • Sizing and costing of technical offers with the sales manager and pre-approving them.
  • Maintain project progress and ensure proper technical support is provided to assembly/service support teams and customers.
  • Provide engineering management and technical analysis of projects, including design, calculation, component specification, cost estimation, and technical service.
Qualifications and Technical Competencies:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Design engineering.
  • Proficiency in design and analysis of mechanical/electrical structures, low/high/ultra-high vacuum systems, high-pressure vessel design/construction, and high-temperature hot zone design/construction.
  • Hands-on experience with standard design practices and manufacturing techniques, as well as advanced skills in 2D & 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
