We are seeking a diligent and proactive executive to oversee day-to-day operations.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee ERP operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP.
  • Generate, analyze, and share business intelligence reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven hands-on experience in ERP (2–5 years).
  • Good understanding of real estate/construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory modules.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful business intelligence reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Management/IT/Finance or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in real estate/construction or related industries will be an added advantage.
