Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fluent communication skills in Korean, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, call centers, or BPO environments is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively and diplomatically.
  • Proficient typing speed and expertise in handling email, chat, and CRM software.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is a plus, as it demonstrates relevant industry knowledge and adaptability.
  • Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage, showcasing linguistic expertise and cultural competence.
