Product Analyst & Investor Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst & Investor Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through product mastery, stakeholder engagement, and investor relationships.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product analysis, investor relations, consulting, or fintech, with excellent communication and presentation skills. They will be able to quickly master SaaS platforms, data dashboards, and emerging fintech tools, and possess a curious mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our AI-powered valuation tools, AdvisorHub, dashboards, deal-space, fundraising, and M&A capabilities.
  • Monitor usage, collect feedback, and identify areas to improve user experience and value delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—product development, data science, advisory, sales—for clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver updates, decks, and product walkthroughs to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and coherence.
  • Support sourcing, evaluating, and managing deals through our smart dashboards and matchmaking tools.
  • Assist advisors in onboarding and optimizing their presence on AdvisorHub, enhancing their reach and profiles.
  • Manage investor outreach, conduct outreach campaigns, and nurture relationships to drive engagement and funding leads.
  • Facilitate deal origination, tracking, and execution using our secure deal-space, data analytics, and advisory tools.
  • Assist in due diligence, documentation, and real-time updates through the platform's integrated communication and dashboard tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years experience in product analysis, investor relations, consulting, or fintech.
  • Skills: Familiarity with financial modeling, business valuation basics (e.g., DCF), deal structuring.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; comfort with both internal stakeholders and external investors/advisors.
  • Personal Qualities: Curious mindset; ability to quickly master SaaS platforms, data dashboards, and emerging fintech tools.
