Analyst - Product & Investor Relations

Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Analyst to:

• Deeply understand Valuenaire's product offerings and value proposition.
• Act as the bridge between internal teams (product, engineering, leadership) and external stakeholders (clients, investors, advisors).
• Facilitate deal pipelines and engagement with investors and advisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to support platform growth and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Mastery & Insights

• Gain a comprehensive grasp of Valuenaire's AI-powered valuation tools, AdvisorHub, dashboards, deal-space, fundraising, and M&A capabilities.
• Monitor usage, collect feedback, and identify areas to improve user experience and value delivery.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with internal teams—product development, data science, advisory, sales—for clear communication and alignment.
• Prepare and deliver updates, decks, and product walkthroughs to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and coherence.

3. Investor & Advisor Relationships

• Support sourcing, evaluating, and managing deals through Valuenaire's smart dashboards and matchmaking tools.
• Assist advisors in onboarding and optimizing their presence on AdvisorHub, enhancing their reach and profiles.
• Manage investor outreach, conduct outreach campaigns, and nurture relationships to drive engagement and funding leads.

4. Deal Flow & Transaction Support

• Facilitate deal origination, tracking, and execution using Valuenaire's secure deal-space, data analytics, and advisory tools.
• Assist in due diligence, documentation, and real-time updates through the platform's integrated communication and dashboard tools.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Research the fintech landscape, especially AI-driven valuation platforms and investor-advisor ecosystems—for benchmarking and opportunity mapping.
• Track user preferences and trends to shape product revisions and market fit.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in product analysis, investor relations, consulting, or fintech.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, business valuation basics (e.g., DCF), deal structuring.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfort with both internal stakeholders and external investors/advisors.
• Curious mindset; ability to quickly master SaaS platforms, data dashboards, and emerging fintech tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with sensitive financial documentation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure to investment banking, advisory platforms, or AI/financial tech products.
• Existing network with investors or financial advisors is a bonus.
• Knowledge of advanced financial metrics (P/E, DuPont, forensic signals) and scenario-based valuation analysis.
• Startup experience, especially in fintech or SaaS platforms, will be favored.
