Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and industry research to inform company strategy.
  • Maintain market awareness by monitoring trends, analyst reports, and investment community sentiment.
  • Publish detailed equity research reports and develop accurate financial models.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  • Nurture relationships with sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and brokerage firms through effective communication.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and analyst briefings to foster engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for the investment community, addressing queries and providing insights.
Message Development & Disclosure:
  • Collaborate with corporate communications and finance teams to craft clear, consistent messaging.
  • Support the development of investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases, and annual reports to ensure transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market disclosure norms.
Strategic Input:
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from the sell-side community to senior management, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of investor relations strategies to enhance company visibility and valuation.
  • Track analyst recommendations and investor sentiment to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Preferred qualifications: CFA or MBA.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in equity research, investment banking, sell-side analyst role, or investor relations.
  • Essential skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, and proficiency with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, or similar tools.
