Role Overview :

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities into aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create engaging experiences for our fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- User-Centered Design : Conduct basic user research, gather user feedback, and ensure designs align with user expectations.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for web/mobile fintech applications.

- Visual Design : Develop clean, modern interfaces consistent with Ayekart's brand guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and layout.

- Collaborative Workflows : Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility, smooth handoffs, and design accuracy during implementation.

- Iteration & Testing : Incorporate feedback from usability tests and stakeholder reviews, iterating on design solutions for continuous improvement.

- Design Documentation : Maintain style guides, design assets, and UI component libraries for consistency across products.

Qualifications :

- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or related domains.

- Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (web, mobile, or both).

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Basic understanding of user flows, interaction design, and responsive layouts.

- Strong communication skills to present ideas, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with design systems and version control for design assets (e.g., using Figma libraries).

- Bonus : Experience with HTML/CSS, motion design, or basic user testing methods.
