Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to fill the position of Client Onboarding Analyst. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services and possess excellent knowledge of bank products and procedures.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for processing client requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services, preferably in client onboarding or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
