Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Due Diligence professional to deliver high-quality results in our transaction advisory services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive transaction databooks/workbooks, ensuring precision, minimal rework, and full compliance with firm standards
  • Collaborate closely with the deal team, mentoring junior members and driving consistent delivery
  • Draft key FDD reports, including Background, Points of Interest, QoE adjustments, Summary Financials, and Exhibits
  • Perform complex financial analyses, including Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and adjustments
  • Develop and present management discussions, leading sections in calls and managing client communications
  • Utilize digital tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and other platforms to enhance speed and data accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, experience with financial systems, and knowledge of business operations
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership qualities
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification preferred
