Location:Mumbai / Bangalore / Gurgaon

Qualification:Chartered Accountant (Qualified, preferably 1st attempt)

Experience:35 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence (FDD) with IT/TMT sector exposure.

BNC has been mandated to recruit a a highly drivenSenior Associateto join ourFinancial Due Diligence (FDD) team, specializing in theIT/TMT sectorfor one of our Big4 Client for a multi locations( Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore).* The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience infront-end Transaction Services / FDD*, with a track record of handling multiple transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams on complex and high-profile transactions including acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, and buy-outs.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, identify key issues, and derive meaningful conclusions.
- Lead smaller assignments independently and contribute to larger projects under the guidance of managers/partners.
- Assess data accuracy and reasonableness, liaising directly with clients and third parties to resolve anomalies.
- Prepare and review sections ofTransaction & Restructuring reports.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the firm in all interactions.
- Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation.
- Draft first-level engagement letters with an understanding of technical and risk management aspects.
- Contribute positively to team culture, morale, and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant(preferably 1st attempt).
- Experience:35 years inTransaction Services / FDD, ideally with strong IT/TMT sector exposure.
- Expertise:Prior experience infront-end roles(not backend/global delivery).
- Stronganalytical, research, and problem-solvingskills.
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills with the ability to draft high-quality reports.
- Proficiency inMS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally, when required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
