Cloud Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Automation Specialist to join our team. This is a highly skilled role that requires expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises platforms, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of applications and services.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and resolve platform-related incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and perform regular security audits.
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks using languages like Python or PowerShell.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V, experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet, knowledge of networking principles and protocols, TCP IP, DNS, SSL, etc.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in Platform operations, systems administration, or a related field.
