Seeking a Strategic Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate multiple applied research projects at the institute, collaborating with Faculty, Engineering and management teams.

The role requires representing PIs and scientists in project discussions, summarizing, documenting, and managing the project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple (two or three) applied research projects at the institute
  • Represent PIs and scientists in project discussions, summarize, document and manage the project
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders across different organizations, collaborating with Faculty, Engineering and management teams
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interface and engage with external organizations through reports, meetings and presentations
  • Help manage scope, timelines and quality of research output in projects
  • Recommend tools, methods and processes to improve efficacy and efficiency of project tracking and execution

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys complex problem-solving and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams, basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts and applications, good analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
