Job Title: Manufacturing System Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled MES expert to provide technical expertise in support of electronic batch records (eBRs) and shop floor routine technical support. This role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Requirement Specifications: Define user requirement specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Electronic Batch File Design: Design and create electronic batch files that meet quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
  • MBR / BOM / Recipe Creation: Create MBR / BOM / Recipe in production IT systems.
  • Qualification and Risk Assessment: Participate in qualification and risk assessment processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Solution Validation: Validate solutions proposed by IT teams and Automation in collaboration with the Quality team.
  • MES Deployment: Deploy MES across manufacturing units, run performance qualification, and validation batches.
  • Manufacturing Documentation: Responsible for manufacturing documentation update following electronic batch file implementation.
  • User Training: Provide training for MES users.
  • Deviation and Change Control: Ensure follow-up and processing of deviations and Change Control.
  • Shop Floor Troubleshooting: Real-time shop floor troubleshooting and implement corrective actions.

  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
