Solar Sales Professional

Job Description:

  • You will learn the fundamentals of international solar sales by handling inbound leads and initial conversations via calls, email, live chat, and Zoom.
  • You will create and share basic solar quotes and follow-ups.
  • You will close opportunities via defined scripts and support workflows.
  • You will log lead updates and sales activities in CRM under senior guidance.
  • You will participate in training sessions and daily sales huddles.
  • You will educate yourself on solar benefits, rebates, and client pain points.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Able to work in early morning shifts (4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST).
  • Comfortable with using CRMs, online tools, and Zoom.
