Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless branch operations, managing discrepancies, and maintaining quality control measures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established operational procedures and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage discrepancies across various business lines, maintaining adherence to Time and Attendance (TAT) standards.
  • Monitor productivity and implement strategies to achieve 100% capacity utilization while ensuring quality control measures are in place.
  • Audit and Compliance functions: achieve satisfactory audit scores, complete Banking Control and Reconciliation tasks, manage Petty Cash, process billing for local vendors, and maintain compliance registers according to process requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines and thirty-party cheque processes as per SOP.
  • Provide effective customer query resolution, pre-inspection services, and ease of doing business initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the central team to promote thorough understanding of products, processes, and systems.
  • Share and discuss process changes with stakeholders, conduct IMD connects/visits, ensure timely archival, and manage project and initiatives effectively.
