Sr. Branch Manager Job Description:

The role of Sr. Branch Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for overseeing the overall performance of retail branches.

Responsibilities include managing branch operations, sales, and administration, as well as building a high-quality portfolio and achieving targeted results for the branches under their supervision.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in sales and collection functions, preferably in private commercial banks or large banking institutions.

Duties will also involve field visits to branch teams, training, and handholding team members to achieve high performance.

In addition, the ideal candidate must ensure 100% compliance with policies and regulatory matters.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales and collection functions, preferably in housing finance/loan against property/business loan
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • MBA preferred
  • Professional qualifications: graduate & above

Skills:

  • Handy with basic Microsoft office
  • Language proficiency: Hindi/English
