We are seeking an experienced SCCM Distribution Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deployment of solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Intune
  • Use of Enterprise Management Systems including Patch Management, Software Distribution and Asset Management
  • Deep knowledge in Software distribution using SCCM
  • Creation of custom scripts for gathering the inventory from clients
  • Handling test and release of applications and Patches using SCCM
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with particular emphasis on Windows 10 and Windows 7
  • Troubleshooting SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues
  • Monitoring the SNOW ticket queues, troubleshooting and resolving tickets
  • Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices
  • Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM)
Requirements:
  • Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technology
  • At least 4-7 years experience in IT with majority of it in SCCM/Intune Patching & Distribution, SCCM Infra management and troubleshooting
  • Good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business across the globe
  • Fluent in English
