Job Purpose:

As an SCCM Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and deploying solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Intune, managing enterprise management systems, and troubleshooting SCCM issues. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Intune
  • Manage enterprise management systems, including patch management, software distribution, and asset management
  • Troubleshoot SCCM issues and provide technical support to the team
  • Monitor SNOW ticket queues and resolve tickets
  • Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing BitLocker encryption on Windows devices
  • Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM)
  • Responsible for deploying SCCM with CO management
  • Technical and Professional Expertise ability to stage and deploy applications using SCCM/Intune
  • Knowledge on Windows servicing & Windows as a service, Cloud-based endpoint management workloads
  • Create Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation, and Report creation for multiple workplace services
  • Contribute to New SOE Builds/migration and upgrades
  • Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners, and architects to integrate with other technology solutions
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for Application management activities
  • Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a 24x7 corporate level business service including Executive level end users whenever required
  • Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations at all times
  • Develop and implement high-quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices, and methodologies
  • Excellent Communication skills; both oral and written
  • Have efficient time management, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
Profile:

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills, experience, and attributes:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology, with at least 4-7 years of experience in IT, with majority of it in SCCM/Intune Patching & Distribution, SCCM Infrastructure management, and troubleshooting
  • Good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business across the globe
  • Fluent in English, eager to work with autonomy in an international environment, and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
  • Experience in ITIL processes and framework
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Team player
  • Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated competency in collaborative work with strong abilities in relationship management
  • Proven ability to work in global companies and delivering solutions across multiple geographies
