We're seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team, responsible for building and deploying Windows 10 SOE services that meet functional requirements.


You'll work closely with our Operations Manager EUC Imaging to develop deployment strategies and ensure the smooth operation of our Win 10 SOE services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement SOE build deployment strategies, working with the EUC services team
  • Design and finalize SOE builds, collaborating with the Operating System, Active Directory, GPO, and Applications teams
  • Review and update previous SOE builds, incorporating changes and fixes based on risk logs
  • In-place upgrade strategies for Win 10, based on Microsoft releases
  • Support the development and verification of test methods for SOE
  • Develop detailed test procedures and instrumentation for SOE testing
  • Good logical diagnostic skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, with a focus on Windows 10 and Windows 7
  • Experience with SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues
  • Monitoring SNOW ticket queues, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets
  • Deploying SCCM with CO management
  • Knowledge of Windows servicing and Cloud-based endpoint management workloads
  • Creating Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation, and reports for workplace services
  • Contributing to new SOE builds, migrations, and upgrades
  • Working closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners, and architects to integrate with other technology solutions
  • Maintaining and enhancing engagement with business, IT partners, and stakeholders for Application management activities
  • Previous experience in a similar role, supporting 24x7 corporate-level business services, including Executive-level end users
  • Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations
  • Developing and implementing high-quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Efficient time management, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills

To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate:



  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology, with at least 4-7 years of experience in IT, with a focus on SOE/Imaging, SCCM, and troubleshooting
  • Good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business across the globe
  • Fluent in English, with a willingness to work autonomously in an international environment
  • Experience with ITIL processes and framework, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work in global companies, delivering solutions across multiple geographies
