Job Description

A Product Manager for an SMTP product plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the organization. This dynamic individual is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the product, ensuring its seamless integration with existing systems, and fostering a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for Mail Enabled Applications, SMTP infrastructure, and Mailing lists, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Maintain technology roadmaps for Mail Enabled Applications, SMTP infrastructure, and Mailing lists, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Define requirements and prioritize work for Mail Enabled Applications, SMTP infrastructure, and Mailing lists, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Enforce architectural standards within end-user devices, adhering to security, compliance, and governance policies.
  • Own risks associated with email platforms, mitigating potential threats.
  • Familiarity with SDLC platforms (Jira, JAMA) and Agile methodology.
  • Define and maintain Azure Services tiers.
  • Engage stakeholders, businesses, and clients effectively.
  • ITAO for relevant products.
  • Govern vendors for outsourced components and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of Mail Enabled Applications, SMTP infrastructure, and Mailing lists.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
  • Strong cost and budget management skills.
  • Effective product adoption and forecasting abilities.
  • Strategic thinking, product roadmap development, and risk management expertise.
