Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Relationship Managers for Employee Health and Benefits.

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Group Mediclaim, Group Terms, Group Personal Accidents General Insurance, and a consulting background.

• Key responsibilities include servicing existing clients, developing new ones, analyzing client portfolios, and consulting on risk management strategies.

• Conduct gap analysis of existing policies, suggest better terms, and negotiate with insurers to enhance client satisfaction.

• Maintain high levels of client retention through proactive communication and personalized service.

• Prepare proposals for client presentations and facilitate roadshows to engage clients and promote services.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients for Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys and gather feedback to improve services.

• Book and invoice business on time to ensure timely payments.

• Coordinate with other practices to explore portfolio-level penetration opportunities in client relationships.

• Interact with insurance markets to source the best solutions for clients and provide continuous assistance on claims-related queries.

• Renewal tracking and reminders to ensure premium payment and insurance continuity.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with experience as an elected leader in community, school, or college.

• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and good networking skills with strong communication/presentation skills.

• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA.

• Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian corporate, MNC corporation, and PSU clients.

Experience and Compensation

• Max experience: 10 years

• Competitive compensation between ₹12 to ₹20 lacs.
