Job Overview

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned professional to lead our benefits strategy and implementation process.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, while also driving business growth and improving employee engagement.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our team to assess client health and benefits programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance benefits offerings and control costs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to improve client benefits programs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and meet client needs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to inform recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to current clients and participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their goals.
  • Provide thought leadership on employee health and benefits topics through webinars, internal knowledge sharing, and other channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with a background in senior management or executive roles.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to deliver complex projects.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain knowledge and experience in the insurance industry.
  • Post Graduate or Actuarial degree, with experience in Health Insurance preferred.
