Interior Project Leader

We seek a seasoned expert in interior project execution to drive our team's success.

  • This position requires 3–5 years of experience in managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and interpret technical drawings, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate design gaps and execution risks.
  • Review and validate work orders, BOQs, drawings, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed project schedules and task interdependencies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to ensure quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project timelines.
  • Provide guidance and instruction to junior team members.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, providing timely updates on project progress.
  • Act as the liaison between designers and clients during the execution phase.
  • Monitor project trackers, update summaries, and circulate weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and develop corrective actions.
  • Embody quality assurance, adhering to checklists and work method statements for exceptional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on SOP development, pricing strategies, and new initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors while addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Management or Construction Management from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in project management, engineering, or architecture with 3+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience in site execution, particularly in home renovation projects.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Process-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in project management or operations is mandatory.
  • Exposure to operations-driven startups is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills.
