Hardware Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Asset Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
You will be responsible for utilizing ServiceNow HAM Pro for automating asset tracking, management workflows, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to uphold physical IT hardware accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and alignment with ITSM processes.
Perform regular asset audits, manage vendor relationships, and provide actionable insights through HAM dashboards and reports.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in Hardware Asset Management.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow HAM Pro and its workflow integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based asset lifecycle management principles.
