Job Opportunity: Performance Testing Expert

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure that our software solutions meet desired performance standards under specified user loads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Gather NFRs: You will identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements from business stakeholders and architects.
  • Derive NFRs Based Statistics: Using your analytical skills, you will derive NFR-based statistics from discussions with business stakeholders and architects.
  • Performance Test Planning: You will create scenario creation plans for various types of performance tests (Peak, Soak, Stress, Spike, Scalability).
  • Conduct Performance Testing: Utilizing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, AppDynamics, and Grafana, you will conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Test Data Setup and Defect Management: You will set up test data and manage defects identified during testing.
  • Automation and CI/CD: With experience in automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab, you will ensure seamless integration with our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Documentation and Communication: You will provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports, to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Testing Concepts/Standards & Agile Methodology
  • Basic Knowledge on Infrastructure Capacity Planning
  • Experience in Banking Domain
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & Performance Metrics
