Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

The Role:

This is a highly influential role that will drive strategic people operations across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business goals into actionable HR strategies, leading global HR transformation initiatives, and building leadership depth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Lead global HR transformation initiatives, including digitization of HR processes, predictive analytics, and AI-powered people solutions.
  • Design and deliver global leadership development programs, talent management strategies, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CXOs and business leaders to ensure alignment between HR and business objectives.
  • Drive HR cost efficiency through automation and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience with exposure to global people operations.
  • At least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role in high-growth global SaaS or digital-first companies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization, C&B, succession planning, culture transformation.
  • Experience in scaling global programs and working closely with CXOs & Business Leaders.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a Tier 1 institution.
