Customer Onboarding Manager Job Description

This role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience through effective onboarding processes. As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement customer-centric onboarding processes that drive business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships between internal and external teams to ensure smooth account management and collaborative growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and overall account health.
  • Serve as an expert in our platform, partnering with clients to identify operational challenges and opportunities for expansion.
  • Provide exceptional product support and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Contribute to scaling our implementation function by operationalizing efficient processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting at senior levels within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software environments.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and driving projects from concept to completion.
  • Knowledge and understanding of APIs, webhooks, and database structures.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage customized project roadmaps.
  • Capacity to define customer workflow/automation requirements and create net-new process diagrams/workflows.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
