Enterprise Web Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Web Design Specialist to lead the end-to-end design process for our web applications. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive design solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy enterprise web app design is essential.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools is required. Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is also crucial.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing end-to-end processes from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes;
  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components;
  • Evaluating and implementing AI-enabled design-to-code tools to speed up design iterations and prototyping;
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
