
Executive Business Partner

We are seeking a high-caliber Chief of Staff to join our team and provide strategic support to the Founders as they scale and expand their business.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with at least 2 to 6 years of experience in a B2C or consumer business, passionate about skincare and wellness. They will be responsible for serving as an advisor to the Founders on business strategy, owning and managing strategic projects, driving operational efficiencies, and troubleshooting operational issues independently.
- Drive the development and implementation of business strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage and coordinate project execution, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 6 years of experience in a B2C or consumer business.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
