About our team:

We are a newly set up unit that aims to revolutionize banking by building customer-centric products and innovative propositions.

Our key objectives include driving better customer experience, transforming existing lines of businesses, and building new digital-only or banking-as-a-service-led digital business models.

In this role, you will shape the 'Digital Business' of the bank by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Sell and Upsell Strategies:

    • Work on initiatives to increase traffic on bank channels and drive adoption among new and existing consumers.
    • Analyse user journeys to identify improvement areas and increase conversions on our platform.
    • Work closely with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams for designing targeted campaigns and digital outreach.
    • Use data analytics and segmentation to make targeted marketing strategies and conduct A/B testing.
    • Owning end-to-end measurement framework for growth experiments and ensuring data accuracy and impact assessment.

  • Product Enhancement:

    • Be the voice-of-customer in shaping new features/products and work closely with Marketing team to create awareness and engagement campaigns.
    • Co-create new and optimize existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product Managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps.

  • Customer centric mindset and eye for detail is a must.

  • Prior experience of working on campaign management tools such as Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Adobe etc and marketing tools like Firebase, Appsflyer required.

  • Hands on experience with data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI.

  • Prior experience of executing D2C campaigns and content strategy.
