Job Role

As a finance assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to our team.

This includes tasks such as data entry, record keeping, financial document maintenance, invoice processing, receipt management, bank statement reconciliation, customer invoice tracking, payment arrangement, financial reporting, budget preparation, and secretarial work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter financial data accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Process invoices and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Track customer invoices and send reminders.
  • Arrange payments from customers and follow up as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Provide regular updates on finance activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software like Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
