Job Role: Financial Operations Specialist
The Finance Associate is a key member of the team responsible for supporting day-to-day financial and administrative functions. The role involves collecting, organizing, and processing financial data and documentation in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect receipts for Pass Through Expense invoices and China expense reports.
- Download and organize all transaction receipts from Travel Platform.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable subledger and general ledger reconciliations.
- Update actuals for cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Enter and maintain petty cash records within D365.
- Perform monthly counterparty intercompany confirmations—working-only processes.
- Handle document filing and maintain organized financial records.
- Assist with month-end close as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities are associated with this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 0-1 year experience in a finance support role.
- Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
