**Job Title:** Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Description:

  • Process ACH and wire transfer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitor transaction requests to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, addressing any exceptions or disputes promptly.
  • Evaluate and resolve ACH or wire exceptions, returns, and other issues in a professional manner.

**Operations & Compliance Support:

  • Maintain knowledge of NACHA and SWIFT regulations, applying them in daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the compliance and risk teams on anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks as necessary.
  • Publish reports and documentation related to ACH and wire operations.

**Customer & Internal Communication:

  • Address customer inquiries about ACH or wire transfer issues with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Liaise with relationship managers, branches, and other departments to resolve operational matters.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to management with clear documentation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration - Finance, or Master's in Business Administration - Finance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in financial institutions.
  • Prior experience in ACH and Wire Transfer processing is advantageous.
  • General understanding of banking services, products, and regulatory practices.
  • Proficiency in banking software systems and Microsoft Office tools.
