**Financial Support Specialist Role**

This role is a vital part of ensuring our clients' financial environments are stable, optimized, and aligned with their business needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across core financial modules, a strong understanding of business processes, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing functional expertise in at least three of the following modules: Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Assets, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts.
  • Using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues.
  • Having experience with Workday EIBs, Workday Reports, and basic security concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and financial operations.
  • Hands-on expertise in multiple financial modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
