Job Title: Operations Manager

A leading role for an experienced professional to oversee the implementation, management and optimization of SAP solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.

SAP Implementation & Management:
  • Designing, implementing and optimizing end-to-end SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, maintenance, material and quality management.
  • Aligning system configurations across sites to simplify processes and reduce customized developments.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Leading a team of SAP experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
Process Optimization:
  • Analyzing existing business processes for improvement through SAP solutions and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance productivity and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and executing process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
User Support & Training:
  • Providing ongoing support to end-users addressing technical issues and facilitating training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Developing training materials and documentation to support user adoption and minimize disruption to business operations.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensuring SAP processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain system integrity and data accuracy.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Designing and developing reports to provide insights into manufacturing performance and compliance metrics.
Requirements:

Bachelor in Computer Engineering/Production Engineering or any Engineering Bachelor with relevant experience in Manufacturing company or Consulting firm. 10+ years of experience with SAP PP/SAP QM/SAP PM area. Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and modules PP, QM, MM, PM, WM etc.
