We are seeking an experienced CRES Manager to drive functional performance and business results in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Main Responsibilities:- Proactively monitor and manage corporate real estate performance across the India, ASEAN, and South Asia geography to ensure delivery of core programs.
- Identify gaps and implement solutions required to meet strategic objectives.
- Discover opportunities to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Foster alignment of objectives and scorecard metrics with business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent influencing skills, effective communication skills, budget management skills, asset management skills, workplace management skills, risk management skills, supply partner management skills, and strong analytical skills.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and customer service principles, as well as experience working in a geographic/functional matrix environment.
