Real Estate Strategist

About the Position:
- Implement real estate strategies under key accounts, new business targets, and repeat clients.
- Assist with project initiation, scope definition, and client need identification.
- Oversee analyses and documents, including project initiation, RFPs, proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and market assessments.
Collaborate closely with leasing teams and/or clients to achieve collective goals.
Engage with the client and update them on market trends, competition, transactions, and strategic solutions.
Generate revenue through direct marketing channels and indirect partnerships.
Understand technical aspects of a Real Estate Project.

- Possess extensive knowledge of financial principles.
- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills and adaptability in complex situations.
- Require expert analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.
- MBA preferred or similar combination of education and experience.
- Showcase ability to manage interdisciplinary teams.
- Self-driven individual with execution and client service responsibilities.
- Proficient in using advanced tools in presentations and Excel.
- Effectively coordinate tasks with various stakeholders, vendors, and sites.
- Demonstrate corporate client handling skills.
- Able to understand client needs and find suitable solutions.
- Service-oriented background.
- Able to network effectively.
- Able to contribute as a team member.
