The role of a Strategic Workforce Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ensure timely hiring to meet operational needs through effective workforce planning and management.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates who align with our organizational values.

Employee Onboarding and Induction:

  • Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive first impression and setting them up for success.
  • Coordinate induction programs that provide comprehensive training and support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Guarantee compliance with company policies during onboarding to maintain a fair and inclusive work environment.

HR Operations Management and Payroll:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases to ensure efficient HR operations.
  • Manage HR workflows including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination to minimize administrative burdens.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain a positive employer brand.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to drive growth and development among employees.
  • Support managers in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and employee development plans to align with business objectives.
  • Address performance-related issues effectively and efficiently to maintain a productive work environment.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, inclusivity, and respect among employees.
  • Resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner to maintain trust and morale.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale, motivation, and job satisfaction.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs based on operational goals and objectives to develop a skilled and adaptable workforce.
  • Coordinate training sessions and skill development programs to upskill and reskill employees to meet changing business needs.
  • Track training effectiveness and employee progress to inform future development initiatives and measure ROI.

Statutory Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, labor laws, and safety standards to maintain a good employer reputation.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with care and professionalism.

HR Policy Implementation:

  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changing business needs and best practices.
  • Communicate policies effectively to all employees to promote understanding and adherence.
