About the Role

We seek a detail-oriented Tender Manager with 2–6 years of experience to spearhead tender preparation and submission for projects in Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, and NBS initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Draft high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to sustainability projects.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  • Track and monitor opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up with clients and partners.
  • Support management in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification and 2-6 years of experience in Tender Management in Climate Change and sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects.
  • Experience working on tenders for organizations like GIZ, World Bank, ADB, UNDP, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in drafting proposals for sustainability, carbon credits, or renewable energy projects.
  • Exposure to working with international donors, development banks, or corporates.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
