Job Title: Strategic Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to oversee the implementation of strategic projects within our organization.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, establish clear objectives, and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
  • Manage project timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and adapt work as required to meet deadlines and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations through effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Oversee all project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular project review sessions and create detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project outcomes and enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in project coordination, preferably with expertise in strategic project planning and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and working effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
