The job opening is for a skilled Solar Engineer to oversee ongoing solar power projects on site.

Job Details
  • Project Planning & Management Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning and management. You should have experience with solar PV project components such as modules, inverters, cables, mounting structures, and accessories.

You are expected to understand the function and role of all components in a solar PV project. Additionally, you will need to plan and schedule projects with detailed execution plans and timeframes.

We require you to prepare detailed method statements for project execution and coordinate delivery of items to site, managing unloading/storage responsibilities with on-site teams.

We prioritize safety and expect our team members to adhere to client-side safety protocols during activities like unloading, shifting, installation, hot works (welding), and other sensitive tasks.

You will work closely with client-side teams to collate and submit required documentation at site for bills and processing. We also require follow-up on payments against tax invoices submitted and keeping management updated on processing status or delays if any.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar engineering
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
