We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director - Business Development to play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy in India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding customer acquisition and revenue goals through innovative strategies to attract new clients. With a strong focus on building connections that matter, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients, and contributing to country planning and development, this individual will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Client Acquisition: Leverage personal networks, client referrals, and business events to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to country planning and development to ensure success in expanding the market.
**Requirements:**
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated ability to target potential clients using personal networks, client referrals, and business conventions to generate new client opportunities.
- Candidate Profile: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of high-level decision making.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of property economics and/or an appreciation of geographic information systems.
**What We Offer:**
