Job Opportunity: Accelerate Growth and Success

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading efforts to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across fintech products.

You will be responsible for defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

The platform offers customers ways to deeply understand their creditworthiness and now, an opportunity to monetize it by launching Personal Loans on the platform.

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement holistic growth strategies for the portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels including:
  • OneScore mobile app and OneScore website
  • Drive Acquisition, Engagement, and retention for the APP and Web, And the same for monetization use cases
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage and coordinate with key partners such as Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results
