About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Social Manager to oversee multiple client accounts for our digital marketing agency. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in paid social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, delivering exceptional communication with clients.
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend.
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations.
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
