Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing paid advertising campaigns and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement remarketing strategies to re-engage existing leads.
  • Enhance local visibility by optimizing Google My Business listings and tracking their performance.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and foster collaboration for successful campaign execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing and implementing remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to create segmented audience lists based on lead behavior, website activity, and funnel position.
  • Experience running tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates from previously engaged users.
  • Skilled in analyzing the performance of remarketing efforts and optimizing creatives, bidding, and frequency based on data insights.
  • Must have 2+ years experience in Paid campaigns
