Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team at ADVENXA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Raise tickets based on customer complaints and ensure they are tracked and resolved.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure that their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO or Customer Support voice process.
- Fresh candidates with excellent fluency in English will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competitive salary within the range of 18000 to 22000 per month.
