About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate education professional to provide guidance to students on academic planning, career pathways, and higher education options.

  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals.
  • Develop personalized plans for students that align with their aspirations and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student academic concerns and provide interventions.
  • Help students navigate academic challenges, study strategies, time management, and effective learning techniques.
  • Stay updated with educational programs, curriculum changes, and university admissions requirements.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and presentations on study skills, time management, and relevant topics.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
  • Utilize technology tools to enhance counseling services and student engagement.
  • Monitor and track student performance, attendance, and behavior, providing timely interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the career counseling team to guide students in exploring potential career paths.
  • Assist in developing educational resources and counseling programs.
  • Participate in school events and engage with stakeholders to promote student well-being and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or Teaching with language proficiency.
  • Proven experience as an education professional or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of educational pathways, curriculum requirements, and university admissions processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Educational background in guidance and counseling.
  • Familiarity with using educational software and online platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining records.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
