Guidance Counsellor Position

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guidance Counsellor to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one guidance sessions with clients, understanding individual profiles and career aspirations, and providing personalized recommendations.

You will also present program features, benefits, and unique selling points in a persuasive and consultative manner, convert qualified leads into enrollments, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

  • Conduct one-on-one guidance sessions with clients to guide them in making informed decisions about our programs.
  • Understand individual profiles, professional experience, and career aspirations to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Present program features, benefits, and unique selling points in a persuasive and consultative manner.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales process.
  • Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely closure.
  • Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech industry sales (International Call Centre/Voice Process – mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of executive education/corporate training is a plus.
